Promotional offers, bundles, discounts, and free gifts are limited to the terms stated at the time of purchase, apply while supplies last, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and hold no cash value. Free items included with a purchase are not separately refundable or exchangeable and are considered part of the original order for the purposes of our guarantee.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, orders flagged by our fraud screening systems, and multiple orders placed to the same address using different payment methods. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Guarantee

Our 120-day satisfaction guarantee is described in full in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. The guarantee is limited to a refund of the purchase price and does not extend to indirect losses of any kind.

User submissions and reviews

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in connection with our marketing and our website, without compensation.
