Our 120-day satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind the AlphaFusion™ Hair Regrowth System with a 120-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have used the product consistently as directed and you are not satisfied with your results, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 120 days of the delivery date.

You do not need to send anything back. Because our products are personal-care items that come into direct contact with the scalp, they cannot be resold, reused, or restocked once they leave our facility. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept physical returns. When a refund is approved, we ask you to safely discard the product and we process the refund without requiring a shipment back to us.

How to request a refund

Email support@alphafusionshop.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of your experience with the product. Our team will confirm receipt within 24 hours and review the request.

Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@alphafusionshop.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and the packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice. No return shipment is required.

Orders that have not arrived

If your tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, or if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund.

Order cancellations and address changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment. After that point the order is already in processing and cannot be changed. If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Exclusions

The guarantee covers one purchase per customer and per household. It does not apply to orders placed with fraudulent intent, to orders where a chargeback has already been filed, or to requests submitted more than 120 days after the delivery date.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. Nearly every situation can be resolved by email within 24 hours, and we honor our guarantee without argument. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays the resolution for everyone, since disputed orders are locked by the payment processor and can no longer be refunded directly by us.
