Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During promotional periods, processing can take up to 5 business days.

Delivery time

United States: 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: 8 to 16 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, and peak seasons can extend these windows.

Where orders ship from

Orders are dispatched from our domestic and international fulfillment partners, and the origin depends on stock availability at the time of purchase. This allows us to keep delivery times short and shipping free.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking information can take 24 to 72 hours to display its first update, which is normal and does not mean your package is lost. If your tracking has not updated after 10 business days, contact support@alphafusionshop.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Split shipments

Multi-unit orders may ship in more than one package and arrive on different dates. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the price you paid, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable for this reason, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, first check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier office, since carriers frequently mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before the final drop-off. If it does not appear, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
